Deposit and Fees
An application fee of $16 is required for each occupant over the age of 18. There is a one time administration fee of $400.00 due at Move In. No deposit with approved credit.
Additional monthly premiums may be required based on credit.
Low Accept - applicant is required to pay an additional $25 per month plus a deposit equal to one half month's rent.
Conditional Accept - applicant is required to pay an additional $35 per month plus a deposit equal to one month's rent.
Refer - applicant is required to pay an additional $35 per month plus a deposit equal to one month's rent AND a qualified co-signer.
Pets must be spayed or neutered and be at least one year old. Limit of two pets with a combined weight not to exceed 100 pounds. There is a one-time nonrefundable pet fee of $500 for one pet or $650 for two pets. Monthly pet rent is $40 per pet.
We welcome most pets with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Certain breeds may be restricted and weight limits may apply. Management reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion. Please contact the property for details and pricing.
